Plastic barbed coupler please help find

I need to connect those 2 tubes that are different sizes. My goal is to connect my dosing tube to the y and my ato tube to the y. But the dosing tube is too small to fit the y. Anyone know where I can find a plastic coupler this small? Tia

Is the yellow dosing tubing proprietary to the pump?
they look to be the same OD just not ID.

You can get a 1/4" Push fitting and put it onto the yellow tubing then have a short length of the clear tubing on the other side that will connect to the barb.

Yes yellow tube proprietary to pump.

I have good luck with silicone tubing.. sleeve it on the outside..
