Can anyone help me, i use plastx on the inside of my tank it contains abrasive stuff and petroleum distillates and aluminum oxide, idk how to rinse it well to the point that these chemicals will be removed.

IMHO, wash it out with water and a sponge. fill it with water and let it soak for a day and wash again. IMHO, I think you are over thinking the potential contamination.

Im planning to use it as pico reef so idk if i do over think it.
