Plate Coral Damage

My plate coral was damaged and now has partial tissue recession. It appeared to have been stressed due to some brittle stars hiding under it. Is there anything I can do to help bring it back? It does not seem to be a water parameter issue since all my other corals are doing well including the brain coral next to it. I will post params later since I doubt it is perfect.

You can try an iodine dip but otherwise wait it out.

I believe mine is a trachyphyilla. I have never seen sweepers from mine but I do see feeders.

Leave it and don't mess with it. They can sprout baby plates from the dead skeleton.
