Plate coral dying!

so I’ve owned this plate coral for a year, I don’t know if it’s doing the thing where it dies and pops babies, but my parameters are perfect, it’s a 1 year cycled tank, it has no hitchhikers on it or anything, is it’s time up?

It doesn't look well, an iodine dip may help to save it

Fwiw, I had an orange plate die about 6 months ago but I left it in the tank and just saw 5 little babies sprouting up
