Plate coral okay ?

My new plate coral (got it 2 weeks ago) keeps inflating and deflating and idk why , and it doesn't seem to be very inflated I've seen it huge but it seems to look more like the picture, is this normal?

My tongue coral does like that all the time - and have done for + 4 years
