plate coral

whats a good food for plate coral....so far they get reef roids reef frenzy reef chili seachem reefplus for the amino acids, any ideas?

Pellets, meaty food.

I love watching mine eat pellets, put a few on the outer rim, and watch it carry it to it's mouth.

Something with a large mouth like a plate likes meaty food, not that slop reefroids. Chunks of raw shrimp, chunks of raw salmon, chunks of raw clams, anything large and meaty.
