The first 2 are what they look like now they look 100 times better now then they did a few weeks ago I have them in a HOB refug so sorry about the pics th at the best I can do.
The last pic is of the orange one I think around the time I got it before it started to get to bad.
They started to get bad because my diomond goby kept burying them in the sand every day and I put them up on the rocks and people told me that was bad for them so I moved them back down and they where pretty much not coming out at all and I thought they where a lost cause until I got the refug and now they look way better and they are eating and puffing up and coming out.

And they also have some algae growing where the brown spots are and is there anything I can do to help them get better or will they even get better?

If u have a sand bed u may want to put them there and also try spot feeding mysis or silversides every few days

They are in the sand bed of my refug and I feed them but I will start doing it every few days tho and I just ordered a spot feeder yesterday so that will help me
