Plate help

So I purchased an orange plate from my lfs knowing that he had not seen it extend. I purchased it super cheap. I still see an orange mouth and under blue lights you can still see orange in the body. Any advise on getting it to extend? I figured if it dies I’ll see if it drops babies....thoughts?!

Do you have a picture? I have found the orange ones can be a bit finicky, keep it on the bottom in a low flow and moderately lit area..

Dusting with small amounts of something like reef Roids may stimulate polyp extension but my also aggravate it if it’s unhealthy. I would just leave it alone and see what happens, my orange plate sometimes doesn’t inflate for a week or more at a time for no apparent reason.

If it dies it will not drop babies.
