Heyvguys ibjust got a nice big 4" piece, the hobbyist told me is plating gsp. Iv never seen it before. Its brittle and very thin, and the polyps are loke green star polyps but small. Here is a photo

There are various species of mat coral that have green polyps. GSP is generally easy to keep they like a lot of light and good flow. I just had to remove a bunch that had grown on my rock work and where killing other corals. So keep GSP on a rock by itself and don't let it encrust on a rock that is large and hard to get out of your tank. They tend to become a nuisance coral after a short time.

Its not sticking, it grows like a monti, never seen before..

Yes its hard skeleton, iv kept gsp of many types, but this is something different. The plate is paper thin and brittle.
Looks like a galaxea to me. Under high flow it will plate out like that. If its "toothy" then its def galaxea. Give it a quick google search to confirm (for this specific type) galaxea astreata

100%

I saw picks online, but the polyps of tooth corals are much larger.

Looks like tiny gsp polyps on plating monti type purple coralline algae, to be precised.

Hi guys, please checkout this 20seconds video. It's got tiny tentacles coming out.
