Long story short I have a pair of platinum clowns and one is extremely aggressive toward the other. Its find are torn and looks pale. I have another tank, which is a 55 gallon 2 clowns, a goby, and coral beauty. Should I attempt to move the platinum clown to the other tank?

Need more info, how long have you had them were they purchased together, how old are they, are they the same size. Aggression in the Clownfish world between 2 fish is typically normal for them to sort out dominance. The more dominant fish will become the larger female fish and the less dominant will be the male. Unless it aplears that one may die from its injuries, you might just need to wait and see.

Had them for about 6 weeks, got them together.

I would say normal behavior in that case. It will subside typically. Keep them both well fed and be aware of any signs that could be infection from the nipped fins. They are just trying to figure out who wears the fins in the relationship...
