i got something on my platy. They are little white round dots. I noticed a lack of polyp extension lately. So I saw these this evening. Are the pods or something worse?

It's pretty small to Id

Can you get one out?
It could be a baby stomatella or a collonsta snail.

.... never mind there is not a change to get a phone pic. It will take a microscope I think
Also set it in a dish and let it open up. You can use your eye.
Also don't be afraid to squeeze one. You know pretty quick if it has a shell.

With, tank water.
. So it opens back up and maybe crawls around.

I just tried to catch one with a turkey baster. when I blew on it when the baster it went into the skin of the platy. It just went into the flesh and disappeared. Is it possible for a bug to do that? Or is this just some bubble that coral is producing? It was this mark

Nope. The Pods we get don't eat coral. They will crawl on the coral but they are cleaning them.

Sometimes coral will eat the the pods though.

Maybe mostly what I'm seeing is pods.
@Salty1962 can you elaborate on the stimulant response?
When a coral is feeding or senses food. A coral will be stimulated to send out it's method of food capture when it senses something it wants, or senses, to eat.
