Hey everyone. So I work at a power plant as a maintenance welder. While narrowing down tank builders for my upcoming "overbuilt tank build" I have decided to keep it 4 foot so it will be a easy transition from my current and first 75. I have been brain storming and playing with any drops to make a solid adjustable metal stand.
Anyways here is the humble beginnings of my first prototype. It is 4 inch channel welded to 3inch schedule 40 pipe. I will connect the two ends with the same 4inch channel. And use 2inch x 3/8 flat bar around the bottom for added support and the ability to wrap it in removable panels. Again first prototype and using only what drops are available.
The adjustable legs i made by welding a 7/8 stainless heavy nut to a stainless washer then welding that inside pipe leg. Then welded a 7/8 stainless bolt to another washer.
