Hi guys can anyone please help with what this is and how i can get rid of it, i really don’t no what is causing it and it is stressing me out so much. These are my params tested just now. What ever it is comes of the rock when i blow it with turkey baster but comes back a day or 2 more.

Looks like diatoms. Your 0 phosphates might be the issue.

I thought 0.05 is optimal for a reef tank.
