I'm currently running two BRS dosing pumps on my reef keeper lite.

On manual "on" both pump turns on, but when on "aut"o it doesn't do anything. initially when i set up the pumps it worked but after day 1 i don't see it turning on.

This is how i set up the timers

Timer 01
- On every day of the week
- start at 8 PM
- duration on is 00:05:00
- duration off is 01:55:00
- repeat 12 times
- OSC is off

Timer 02 is very similar but it starts at 9 PM

One pump is on output 1 the other is on output 4.

Thanks R2R

It's possible that the problem may be when you tell it to repeat 12 times.
It may be thinking that you want to repeat the settings 12 times but if you repeat the on/off time duration 12 times, it may be thinking 13 times. (i.e. - if you repeat something 1 time, the setting is done a total of 2 times.)
I think that set it to repeat 11 times. That should be a total of 12 times each day.

Thanks Allen. Why does repeating 13x stop the pump from turning on ?

The processor in it is probably 'calculating' when it needs to turn it on and when it needs to turn it off.
It's probably getting confused when it's being told to repeat more times than what a 24 hour period would allow and then doesn't do anything since it wouldn't be able to repeat the amount of times it's being told to.

abinder is correct. Your timer's total time when set like that can not exceed 24 hours in total time. He is also correct in that the first event is counted as one. So if you want it to repeat 12 times, you need to set the repeat to eleven. Other than that, I do not see a problem with the timer programming. What is your channel programming? If the repeat change to eleven doesn't fix it, maybe it is something in the channel programming.
