I know the drawing is not glamorous as I just whipped it up from MS Paint. This will be installed in my basement and my Main tank (320) is on the main floow. The idea here is to have the RO/DI water collect in the top system and shut off by float valve. The RO/DI barrel will have a drain valve that will drain fresh water into the Salt Water Barrel. The Salt Water Barrel is where Ro/di will be mixed and heated. The Reeflow pump will serve three purposes 1- Circulate water in the Salt Water Barrel, 2-pump water to sump of my 320, and 3- as a back-up pump for my 320. Please review my design and provide feedback on or what you would change. I will be building it this weekend. The 55 Gallon barrels are food grade thick black plastic with large screw on lids.

Nice setup. My thoughts would be could you add a line from the ro water up to your ato for easy top off?

Well then looks like you got it covered. I need to build my mixing station also. I just don't have a way to bring the pipes to the sump from the container. It should be sweet when it's done
