PLEASE HELP! Anything wrong w/Saltwater tank?

So a friend of mine is arguing that there are several things wrong my tank, please help! Past casualties include many continuously dying fish, seems to be that they have in ich on them. Recently killed BTA, took it out before poisoned tank. Every fish I get usually dies in under 2 weeks, not sure why.

What specifically does your friend say is wrong? Can't really say based strictly on pictures. What are your water parameters? What is your quarantine procedure for adding new fish? How are you acclimating your new fish?

With new fish, I usually keep them in the bag and put them in my water for around 30 minutes, separate them, and then put some of my water into their bag. After that I would empty majority of the water out, and place the fish within the tank. That’s my acclimation process... I don’t really quarantine new fish.

float them in the bag 20 min, open the bag and add some tank water to the bag and float, wait another 20 minutes do the same. use a net and dump all the water and fish over a bucket and drop the fish into the tank. Toss all the water for the shipping bag. Most fish like frozen food. Treat the system with Vitamin C to reduce the stress

+1 with the question of all parameters, water quality/chemistry and what does your friend say is wrong? If he/she knows, have that person guide you if they, in fact, know the problem areas.
