Please help asap!!
Guys and gals I need some help! It's saturday and I can't get Neptune on the phone! My 350g system is running on Apex. Something has gone terribly wrong and I can't figure it out. Apex was losing connection a bunch this past week. it is hardwired to my router, and my internet is fine.

This morning I reset the apex with the little hole in the unit, and when it came back up, nothing would turn on. now on fusion, it says everything is connected and the status of all the modules is ok, but every single outlet, whether virtual or not, is set to off. IF I override an outlet to on, nothing happens, it switches after a little bit to OFF rather than going back to auto.

I really need help like NOW if anyone is willing to help out and knows what's going on. THANKS

Please feel free to call:

Well let’s first identify the actual problem. You say the outlets are all off on the phone. Are they actually off? Is the return pump running? If they truly are off and the tank is without power the first steps are to switch life support over to a temporary power strip while we continue to diagnose.

The main return pumps are not connected to the Apex, they are on a separate power power and are currently on. The frag tank return pump is a COR 20 and connected to fusion/apex and it is off, but I have backup flow in the tank right now. I can switch heaters over to a working outlet if and when needed as well. ANYTHING controlled by a fusion-connected outlet is set to off

Example screenshot. Note how everything says off, and I can't manually override it:

Ok. This might be a pain but I’d do a hard reset. You will have to reconnect to the router, relabel your outlets, reattach modules, Recode, etc. that’s why I’d switch the life support over cuz it’s going to take some time

A long reset (10 seconds) just resets the wifi configuration on the apex 2016, I Believe.

As others stated, hard reset. Before you do it, disconnect everything. Reset and reattach outlet box, then the screen and see if everything is back up

Are we talking about that little pinhole in the wireless 2016 (my version) head unit? Like the thing you have to stick a pin into to reset?

A COR20 can run independently of apex. If your head unit is having issues, that is an option.

Yes. And hold it for a whole 60 seconds. It feels like forever. Around that time you will hear it click and start cycling through the lights. I forget what color it ends on but if you hold it for the correct length it’s the only option you will get.

Yep I'm going to move the COR20 and some heaters, and then get going with the reset.

Is there any way to copy all your programming somewhere first and reinstall it or am I starting from scratch on everything?

I suppose you could copy paste from your smartphone or computer

Sorry your going through this.
I believe you can copy your programming this way.

The breaker/fuse isn't tripped on the EB832 is it?? Otherwise, I agree with others and try a hard reset.

thats right...i forgot that little guy existed. if you have not reset try this first. if you have reset...well a fresh start always feels good right?

I only had the head unit, no eb832. Hard reset did not work. Brain seems fried. Also my Cor20 might be fried, it won’t run on it’s own either. Just ran to the store and bought a new EL
