PLEASE HELP CANARI BLENNY DYING

So my friends canari blenny has some sort of brown spots on him. He’s about 2 years old so Ik it could be towards the end of his lifespan but idk. The spots seem to be under his skin inside him and the others seem to protrude a little bit his head is also darker than usual and hes not his vibrant yellow anymore

Is he/she eating and show up normal behaviour?

IMO - it is impossible to compare a picture taken under heavy blue and one in normal light. A yellow fish will not look yellow when the tank is lighted up with heavy blue because there are no/few yellow photons to reflect.

Appears bacterial
What diet are you offering to it and what is your ammonia and nitrate level?
What other fish in the tank?
