I dont know if fish can "choke" but i feed 90 mins ago and as i walked by shes laying sideways on the bottom with a large piece of food in her mouth. What do i do?

What happens if you blow some water on her with a turkey baster.

Very gently see if you can pull the food out with a tong or tweezer. If successful, try and look at the tongue, get it back into some flow.
I did just that. I could not see the tongue, but i pulled out a large chunck of clam or squid. She still seems to be gasping at the bottom but theres no obstruction now

Hopefully catching her breath. Back in the tank? Do you have like an acclimation box?

Adding air stone will increase saturated oxygen and fish has a good chance to return to normal. Not sure what foods you are feeding but assure they are finely chopped especially for fish that have small intestines

She bounced back overnight. It's LRS reef frenzy nano. I've noticed a lot of the pieces are fairly large despite the marketing.

That’s great! That’s weird if I remember correctly I was quite a fan of the food though that’s some time ago.

That is great to hear! Be gentle with her for awhile. Keep her stress levels low so she has time to get back to 100%.
