PLEASE HELP! Clownfish disease with images

Last year (Around September) I was noticing more and more "funk" on my clownfish and after trying dipping numerous times to no avail, I decided to QT them. I don't think they had Brook or Ich as it was more of an red ulcer / hole in head looking thing but they also displayed some white cloudiness from time to time that would come and go.

I used that opportunity to QT all my fish and went fallow for almost 3 entire months. I slowly added fish back to the system over 1-2 months and yesterday finally got to the clowns. Within about 30 minutes they started to display physical symptoms of white streaks or entire patches of their body turning "white" - mostly on their face. One of them started to get what looks like Popeye. This morning I woke up and the pop-eye is much worse and one clown is displaying similar signs of what happened before where one of his bars (directly behind his head) is discoloring/turning orange where it should be white.

I have no idea what's going on and if they might survive this on their own without my intervention. If not, I have no idea what to do as I've already gone fallow in this tank, QT'ed them (with success) and it came back within minutes of re-introdcuiton. Just to note, I have much more sensitive fish in the system who are completely unaffected (sunburst anthias, yasha goby, Midas blenny, leopard wrasse)

You say that you QT'd the fish - for how long, and what were they treated with during that time? Appropriate fallow periods differ, depending on the disease you're treating for; six weeks for Brooklynella and velvet, 76 days for ich. Uronema marinum has no fallow period, as it can live indefinitely in the tank whether there are fish or not.

PraziPro works well for flukes and other worm-based infestation, not so well for things like ich, velvet, bacteria, Brooklynella or Uronema. What you've got there looks like it might be Brooklynella or a bacterial infection.

+1 ^^^ Brook and secondary bacterial infection.

+1 on PraziPro. I had one of my gold nugget clowns (I suspect) get roughed up by my carpet nem. He was rough, swimming sideways, cloudy eyes, fins chewed up and pretty much a "lost soldier" in the tank. 2 treatments of PraziPro over 10 days and he (the smaller of two) is back in health, fins look great, eyes clear and eating like a horse.

My percs had similar and I used Prazipro for 3 days in display tank and been good since. This was 2 months ago and the 6 that survived as they all had it are still with me. Could be a coincidence
