Spots appear to be too big for ich. How’s his breathing?

u do not have visible ich u will know your fish will breath heavy scratch them selves on your rock work and the white spots will look like tiny sand as pots all over the body if bad enough.

He just has been swimming slow lately no sign of heavy breathing
