Please help Green spots on Palys

Hi everyone,
I wasn’t sure where to post this to get the most help so here it goes!
I noticed some of my palythoa have green spots on them? I’ve never seen this before and don’t know if I should be concerned about them or leave them be?
background info it’s a 36gall in reef, it’s been up now for just over three years, I’ve had the Palys for three years
Any help identifying the green stuff would be appreciated!

Could they be trying to sprout new heads? Maybe that's zoanthelle for the new head?
