Hello everyone,

My male clownfish has developed what looks like a growth.
I first noticed it about 3-4 weeks ago amd thought it might huys be a slight injury amd go away on its own.
It seems to have gotten a bit bigger though.
All of my other fish are completely fine.
This male clown is eating normally and he is quite active.
It doesn't look like a fungal infection, but I'm not knowledgeable on this topic.

Here is a video:
Thank you!

My first thought, from the photos was an injury. Do you have a larger clownfish in with it? Clownfish sometimes spar and lock lips, causing mouth injuries.

However, it doesn't look infected, and when I viewed the video and saw that it really protrudes from the fish. To me, that implies it is growing. Tumors will do that and also look pinkish like this.

I do have a larger female clown fish that the male in question is paired with.
For as long as I have kept them, they haven't really been aggressive with each other. They don't really fight with each other or my other fish for that matter. A bit unusual for clowns haha.

I agree with you regarding the tumor. The more I observe it, the more I see that it is growing at a rapid rate.
I checked today and it seems like it's grown much bigger in the past few days and is actually making his right eye bulge.
