Please help I just did water change

Can someone tell me if my anemone is still alive ?

Hi anenome's inflate and deflate it may have noticed the fresh water and expelled all of the old it didn't want anymore and it will be back to normal in a few hours, was the water you put in the same as you took out?, as in temperature alkalinity pH etc etc, if not then it may be protesting about it, patience is key keep an eye on it and see if there is any change in a few hours and come back

My anemone perked back up after water change @Why so serious , as per your last post, give it chance to acclimate in the given new tank syndrome scenario

All anenome's inflate and deflate it's just a thing they do in our aquariums, i
I don't know if they do it in the wild to expel water
