Please help ID Algae

I am posting some pictures and a video of my tank. I have had algae issues for the last month or two. Sometimes it looks like Bryopsis ( so I raised my Mg levels) now everything turned red. I added some of the Algagen pods last night. I had been dosing NoPox for the last 3 weeks but was told by someone to stop using it. I also have been using Vibrant for the last 3 weeks. My tank was setup late May. I can use a turkey baster to blow all the red stuff off, which I did. Also, as in the pictures, my water always seems to have particles floating in it. Should I use Chemiclean?

90 g w/Eschopps sump/red sea skimmer. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Likely cyanobacteria that came from dosing Nopox. You could wait it out or you could use chemiclean. If so, dose it exactly per instructions. Skimmer will act up for three to four day after and during it's use, leave the collection cup off and let it overflow to aide in O2 if you can.
