Please help ID for treatment

Hi. I got my pair of clowns in and acclimated in my QT Last evening. And today I’m looking at them more and one is happy as all can be but the other doesn’t seem so good. It’s breathing heavy and has a white/bleachy looking blotch on its belly in front of its fin there. It’s hard to get a good picture. But here’s a couple.
I’m looking to see if any one has an idea of what it is and how I should go about treating. Thanks

Well things got worse, he’s not looking so good good and upside down. So I put him in a bucket inside the qt tank with a bubbler

I would try a 5 min FW dip to see if flukes show: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/freshwater-dip.248898/

It will also provide temporary relief of Brooklynella, if he has that.

However, he may not survive the freshwater dip if he has become too weakened.

Thanks. Yah after researching and researching all morning I ended up doing a freshwater dip but like you said he has already become to weakened. Things sure went south bad fast with that one. I had the lights dimmed down last night but for what I could see they both seemed ok. I did notice one had stringy poo, I don’t know what o e though. But this morning was another story for the one.

But on a good note his partner is happy and eating. Now I need to get him a partner so I can start the QT process
