Hi all- Need some help identifying this algae. To me it looks like turf algae but not sure. It is starting to take over my rocks and clumps on the sand. This tank is 6 years old and have not had this issue before. It’s flat and fuzzy and hard to get off the rock even when trying to siphon off doing water changes.

Just tested water parameters
Alk - 10
Calc – 412
Phosphates – 0.018
Nitrate - 0.3ppm
Mag - 1200
Salinity – 1.025
Temp 78

Any advice on what this can be and how to get rid of would of great help. Thanks for your help.

green turf, I had the red version and the ONLY thing that worked was a blue tuxedo urchin.

Thanks for the suggestion, would love to try a Foxface, unfortunately tank is not big enough. That would be my next tank. :)
