Found this guy crawling around on my rocks today. Not a great picture but it had bright green swaying tentacles similar to my bubble to anemone

Appears to be a nudibranch. Probably want to remove it. They are beautiful creatures and have very specialized diets (usually your corals unfortunately).
 
Is it a critter? If it moves it's definitely a nudi.
