Please help ID

Hey! I have these little white/clear guys hanging out everywhere on my rock. I was hoping someone could ID them for me and easy my mind? Thank you so much in advance!

Those are new to me. They look like fish food and not a problem, but consider this a wild guess.

Looks like a type of pod, just don't know what kind.

I see pods on the rocks but the things coming out of the rocks look like a type of worm, just not sure what kind. If you can get one out of the rock ( I know easier said then done lol) put it in a container with tank water it would be easier to ID. I just can't see enough of it to correctly ID what they are.

All I'm seeing are amphipods. I was looking for worms but everything that looked like a worm turned out to be a pod lol. Maybe I need to post a wanted ad for new eyes.

In the last video the OP posted if you look at the last few seconds is when you see what at first looks like it could be a pod but it is connected to something in the rock. Definitely not a pod of any kind.
