Please help ID

Any ideas on what this is that is multiplying like crazy in my sump? They don’t seem to move but all look the same & different sizes. I also see a few small spiral shapes that might be eggs??

Tank has been up since January & these just appeared about a month ago. At first I thought it was bits/pieces of my filter floss..

I scrubbed my sump a few weeks ago but it keeps coming back.

Ahh.. ok but how do I keep them out of my refugium and chaeto? I had to throw all of it out.. just covered and not growing at all. Naturally that could be due to other things.

Not sure about the best way to remove besides manually scraping them off.
