My hippo tang seems healthy, swims alot, eats every day, this is how i received it about 2 weeks ago, i am not sure if it is getting worse or what exactly is going on, please help.

Posting now, i do not believe it is ich as ive seen ich alot, before, i do have some micro bubbles in the tank

I barely received the fish, for free, from a buddy along with everything else in this tank, i believe they were semi neglected and perhaps not fed much at all. I am now feeding mysis shrimp once daily and it eats very happily, my water conditions are pretty on point i would say that is not the current case, but perhaps the previous water conditions were bad.

Soak food in selcom or vita-chem and it should help it. Are you giving the tang any dried algae sheets or spirulina enriched foods?

LRS is a good frozen product and they make this version.

You can purchase nori sheets on Amazon or you can buy them in the ethnic section of a super market. As long as it doesn't have any additives.
