Please help identify, dinos?

What do you guys think those are?
 
Are they motile? Probably dinoflagellates.
Oh yeah, they are buzzing around like a swarm of gnats. I'm just wondering what species they are. These particular ones are much smaller than the dinos that customers usually bring me samples of. I like to turn to the fine folks that visit these forums along with me to identify species so I can give them some sort of treatment protocol other than the "Dinos suck, good luck" line.
 
It would take a specialist to ID those little buggers. I was given a resource by Sanjay (or was it Joe Yaiullo?) but the guy never replied to my email. I'll keep my ears open for anyone who might be of help.
