It does not look like ich to me although it may just be the photos. ICH behaves that way. It showes up then appears to get better, when if fact it is just going through the different cycles. Than it comes back much worse. First thing I would do is give your fish a fresh water dip to relieve its immediate distress. If it is ich that should help. I am not an expert but it looks like something I once had on a clown fish that was going down hill rapidly. I treated it with Melaflix 10% bath. The mucus came off the fish and out of her gills like slime. She recovered fully after that. Than you need to look up how to QT and treat all your fish here. https://www.reef2reef.com/forums/fish-disease-treatment-and-diagnosis.771/

Yes I don’t know what it is hopefully somene can identify it so I know how to treat it thanks!

Looks like velvet or ich to me. I would remove all the fish ASAP, freshwater bath and start feeding metro, focus and start copper in the QT.

+1 on possible velvet. Velvet is a quick killer get all of your fish into QT and start treating with copper. Do a FW dip to give some relief. Have you added any new fish recently and if so did you QT them?
