Please help identify dusting on a rocks.

This morning I've noticed that all of my dead rocks are covered in some kind of algae?

Diatoms.

Common in new tanks. Diatoms typically dissipate in a couple weeks.

As the good hobbyist above already noted (that is you @Tahoe61 ) you have diatoms. Part of the cycle. Expected. Some will say part of the uglies but I tend to disagree. Diatoms are a known stage of a newly cycled marine aquarium. It is a good sign actually and as already noted will go away over time.
