10 yrs I have never seen this in my tank .at first I thought it was a brissleworm

dragging something stuck to it .took a magnifying glass and it is part of the creature
 
Makes sense. Its a dorvillidae worm which is a cousin to the bristleworm and has a sticky body. They Are reef safe and eat detrious, uneaten food and algae,

i looked that worm up doesn't look like my worm . my worn has that round body then it looks like it has a beak for a nose and looks like there are 3 of them in one its so weird
 
I also think it is the mid section of a starfish minus the legs.
 
I just went onto my pc with a 28@ screen and this is a brittle starfish with sawed off legs lol
