Newly appeared in tank about 6 months old.
First started getting white dots accumulating in return plastics.
Now have larger buds, about the size of a sesame seed, with a small fountain of white spray above it.
There's a second critter with more branches below them, also not sure what it is. Smaller than a dime overall.

Don't think it's aphasia, any ideas?

I'm beginning to suspect they are pineapple sponges.
Not sure what the other branchy critter is yet.

The big ones are pineapple sponges, smaller ones are foraminifera and or spirorbid worms. Both will go away as your tank matures. (but not completely)

Both harmless

The branched think looks like bryozoans
