I need help identifying these tiny white critters that have appeared in my aquarium. You can see one go across right in front of the glass on the sand. Thanks for any help.

I can’t get a video to upload. What format does it need to be in?

either copepods or asterinas probably lol
Let’s try this. There are two that go across the front at the bottom.

Amphipods. These pods are beneficial scavengers and are also known as scuds.
Can’t tell if the snail in the back is the undesirable, predatory Ilyanassa obsoleta or the desirable Nassarius velatus (Telasco velatus) though.

Thanks so much! The snail is a Nassarius

they are usually buried until I feed the fish and then they all pop up to eat. I haven’t noticed any predatory behavior. I will do a little more research. Thanks

Ilyanassa obsoleta tends to be misidentified and sold as Nassarius, though I. obsoleta has been rare in the trade these days, so hopefully it really is Nassarius.
I have had no problems with the snails. Also, I have not noticed any more of the pods. Thanks
