Its a Eucharid or Bonellid worm (Achaetobonellia spp./Bonellia spp.) They are harmless detritivores.

Edit: that part you see is it’s proboscis, it’s body is in the rocks/sand. I’ve never actually seen one of their actual bodies, but apparently they are sac like and don’t really look like worms.

Thank you for this information. We don't see it very often, I was surprised to see it this morning in such a view as normally you see a small part of it hidden in the rocks. I am glad to hear it is harmless, it's a very interesting addition to the tank.
