I was wondering if anyone can help identify this please here's several pic

Looks like a bacterial infection. Has it been getting bullied? I'd probably put it in a hospital tank with antibiotics and go from there. That won't solve the aquarium dynamics after it heals though.

As mentioned, looks like it got its fins attacked and the injury has gotten infected. Move to a separate qt and treat with kanaplex.

Its fin and tail rot but may likely have stemmed from aggression as anthias do not always play well. Treatment will be needed in a quarantine setting and fish treated with seachem Neoplex which is a broad spectrum antibiotic
Increase Oxygen during treatment and monitor ammonia levels with a reliable test kit
