I have been extra vigilant dipping coral, so I have no idea where this guy could have come from, other than live sand....started with dry dead rock and live sand.

If that is the head to the Right, with a white band behind the head, does it also have five tentacles on its face?

I couldnt see tentacles. But it did have a white band. It move very fast for its size. It is about 3/8 inch long.

Those who are actually pretty good at worm ID will come by, but they will likely need better pictures. Even in this one though it looks like there are at least "some" tentacles. Having just removed two myself, and still hunting for what my wife insists is another, I think it's some type of eunice worm. All of them aren't bad, but since some are I've been removing them when opportunity exists and ignoring them otherwise unless I can blame something on them.

Someone will have more specifics though, or rule that out :)

Ugh, I can’t think of the name at the moment. Starts with a D...I’m almost positive @KJ for some assistance ;)

My tank has them on the rocks.
Dorvilladae ;)

So are these Dorvilladae worns a bad thing? Only other thing i noticed was that i just brought in a torch coral that i did dip, it has holes drilled in the skeleton.

Dorvilliads stay pretty small and slender, IIRC, and make pretty decent cleaner-uppers.

The biggest of the eunicid worms probably grows longer than your tank, and is nicknamed the "Bobbitt" worm. _That_ is a fairly unpleasant creature.

I will most definitely try to get a better picture. I tried most of the night last night, but THEY never showed themselves again. My wife saw a larger one earlier in the evening, but by the time i got my phone it was gone. So any idea how they could have got in the tank? i have dipped every coral ever purchased using CoralRX. And like I said earlier in the post, i started with dead dry rock and live sand.
