Tank is approximately five months old Went away for a week removed reef sock while away. Did a water change before and after I returned, noticed when I got back, can someone help?

I see a harmless sponge here (the bulb-looking thing on the left), a harmless feather duster worm tube (the straight stick in the middle), and possibly another sponge or maybe mesenterial filaments on the right (I don't know on this one; I'm confident on the other two).
The pic here is too blurry for me to say for sure, but I'd guess the white stuff is sponge - most likely harmless if so.
