Does anyone have any clue as to what these possibly could be? Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong room I'm new to the forum, these are growing on my live rock, i'm not sure if they are a curly cue anemone, or possibly a ball tip anemone. Unless there something other than that.

Looks more like a Hidden Cup Coral. Squirt some water at the unknown, if it retracts into a skeletal structure than it a Hidden Cup.

They do retract I have seen them do so, are ther harmful or safe?

Welcome to R2R! I don't know what it is, but I'm sure some of the more experienced people here will chime in shortly :)
