Hi I added a yellow tang in my 75 get tank two weeks ago. I have a hippo in there and I noticed that the hippo has white spots in his body. What do I do? Is it caused by stress? I don't see them fight but I have noticed since the hippo acting more scared I.e. hides etc.

Sounds like you have ich. Is this a reef tank? if it is you will have to quarantine fish in order to treat with medication. Or you can just wait it out and hope they are strong enough to ward it off.

Sounds like ich. Tangs are very susceptible if stressed. Honestly, 75 gal is too small for 1 tang much less 2. Especially the yellow who tend to be even more aggressive. It's likely that it won't go away on its own. You should remove and isolate the fish in a QT tank and treat them for a minimum of 4 weeks.
Good luck

Sound like Ich, specially Tangs. You need to get them out of the tank, quarantine them, and treat them with a cooper base medication. If is a FOWLR tank you can medicate in the tank, if is a reef, you have to take them out and leave your tank without fish for at least 45 days, 60 to make sure the parasite is dead. Ich needs fish to reproduce, no fish, no Ich, but the parasite can live in the tank for up to 30 days.
