Hi All,
I REALLY need help. I can not get this right at all. I have researched so much and have watched countless videos, but I just do not have a knack for this. My scape is CRAP. I can not make something that will make all the corals happy. Is there someone who has done this before and KNOWS what they are doing, that would be willing to come over and rescape my tank? I can pay but not alot (approx $100) they were all doing great for a while till they all got bigger. I can but new rocks to an extent but my budget as of now is limited.
Please help.
also here are my params:
pH: 8.0
salinity: 1.023 (trying to get it back to 1.025)
Kh: 9
Calcium: 370 ( dosing daily now to raise back to 400 - 420)
Nitrate: 20( this is as usual and stable)
Phos: .212 (usually about .3)
I do have All-for-reef on a doser at 1.0 ML 6 times a day

I have 2 Current USA lights along with 2 15" ReefBright XHO lights. My lights setting have not changed in the last year. All these corals have been under just the currents since the beginning and they have all grown well.
I appreciate ANY help anyone can give
Thank you

Looks like all your corals are happy.

I think if you tried to stack some things you may have more issues with warfare. Your tank is low so you really can't go too far up.

You could try taking some of the flat pieces in the front and build shelves in the corners.

Which of your coral(s) is struggling? I think you're being too hard on yourself; your tank looks good.
my trumpets in the back left, my bubble trees (usually twice as big), theres black spots on my burning banana,
I can't get the right flow for everyone. I have 2 pumps, one in the back middle pushing to the left, and one in the front right, near the bottom, pushing right. it just doesn't have a good feel to it all.

I agree with the above tank looks good, are those leathers on the left or sps? Is everything growing?
not leathers, they are encrusters. and everything was growing like mad till about 3 months ago. thans when I had to rescape because there was stinging going on. ( look t my acans, one got stung bad by my bubble tree) now it just doesn't have a good look to it. some corals look happy ( my octo on the top and torch, ect) and some look unhappy ( acans frog spawn, trumpets ect.)

I feel like my flow is just completely wrong, and my scape feels like it makes no sense. I dunno. either I am just being weird and to much of a perfectionist or what. I'm just afraid of stinging starting to happen again.

Well if you moved some corals to different spots due to coral warfare it may take them time to adapt to light and flow in the new spot. Your tank looks fine.

I think the scape looks pretty cool! Like a real reef! It also has a lot of depth which earns bonus points in my book.

I think the main thing that you might not like from the scape is that it may come off as messy. I’m going to assume you are wanting to make the scape look more tidy with purpose, right?

If so, just use the rules of thirds! Don’t put any rocks in the dead center, start by making a taller pile on one side - make it come trailing towards the center, getting closer to the front glass.

And then the other side can have a shorter structure with layering of the rocks.

That’s an idea to get the scape looking more organized. I think a lack of negative space is the culprit here.
