Please help im at a loose end

Hello all

Im pritty new to saltwater and i have hit a brick wall i know some of it is diatoms but the green alge is killing me i have a phos reactor and allso a alr1 and the phosphate is at 0.3 so very low only thibg i can think it is the lights i have 2 26hds hydra the tank is 5 months old now

My tank is 280l
All my levels are normal and not high and im not having much look with coral please any advice would be apricated

Ramp time 2 hours and there on for 10 hours a day

Tell us a lot more about your tank. It is very new and a phos at .3 is high, not low. Typically you want your phos at 0.03 to 0.05. What are you using to check it? What is your ph/salinity/nitrates/nitrites/ammonia/calcium/magnesium? How often are your doing water changes? Do you use rodi water? What lives in the tank? How often/how much are you feeding? What food? Do you run uv, carbon, a refugium, protein skimmer etc? Any one of these things or (usually) more factors are combined to mess up your tank. Let us know more info and we can help more = ).
