I inherited this little guy. He’s been previously treated but I’m not entirely sure with what. I’m being told he’s had his ailment for about a month now. He does have couple larger spots on him and was thinking maybe lympho? Its hard to tell on the picture but he has discoloration and spots all over. He is eating great and swimming around fine, not scratching or abnormal at all otherwise. I’m thinking if it was ich or velvet he’d be dead by now. Let me know your opinion please.

Unfortunately, I can't make out anything in the pictures.

Did you put him into qt before adding him to your display tank? Try a freshwater dip and see if anything falls off, could be flukes, and then get him into qt.
#reefsquad and @4FordFamily @Humblefish might have a better idea or suggestion :)

He is in my QT now. He never made it to my display since I can’t figure out what it is. I haven’t started meds yet. I’ll try the freshwater dip when I get home. They thought flukes originally and did prazipro but not sure if it was done twice as directed. I ordered meds over the weekend and they got delivered today. I ordered furan 2, metro, kana, focus, and garlic. Have prazi already if it is flukes.

I do see the pale blotchiness you've mentioned. There are a few things that can have that look - it can be an aspect of flukes, velvet ... or possibly Brooklynella. That's generally a disease of clownfish, but other fish can have it as well.

I usually see this discoloration in large angels from damage to gills. The most common reason is velvet. Some can last quite a while in velvet, but you’re right it’s not common.

Flukes can cause this as well.

I’ve never seen any angel with brook but it’s certainly possible.

Finally, I cannot imagine lymph leading to blotchy color loss like this. Angels can and do lose color with stress but typically not the same as they do with disease and I think that’s what I’m looking at.

Is it an accurate observation that white dots can be observed on the fish?
