Please help me do identify what this is

Hello , so I bought a Ricordea Florida and it was on a tiny stone and then in the frag plug so I decided today I get ruf if the plug and only lay in the stone and then I saw that red thing I really don’t know what this is if it’s normal or bad , pleas Help me to find out what this is it’s also on the glue wich is on the rock .

The place where whoever fragged glued the tiny stone to the plug?
Does it move?
