Please help me ID the algae in my tank.

My tank is 7 months old. I have a Red Sea reefer 170. Im currently running radion 30w G4 pro at 45% AB+ for 9 hours total. I have some type of hair algae in some parts of the tank. I try to manually remove it but it does come back. Are these bryopsis? Please see attached pictures. Please let me know what you think.

My parameters are as follows
NO3 =4
PO4= 0.003
dKH= 9.5
Ca= 430
Mg= 1440
pH= 8.2
SG= 1.026
temp= 78

Thanks... so it looks like bryopsis. Gonna stop by LFS for some fluconazole.
