Can someone please help me identify this Critter??? I have found 6 within the past 4 days, after the lights turn off or before the lights are just about to turn on . I have taken them out as I have seen them, I should’ve taken one out carefully to have looked at it under scope.

First time I see them ever, and what should I do about them?
I had less than 100 for about a month. I think my leopard wrasse took them out or mandarin at the time. Or possibly their food source ran out. I haven’t seen any in over a year though. Just my experiences not cure suggestions necessarily.

Needs to get out of tank. Melanurus wrasse should eat them

does it look like this?

Thank you all for the quick responses, and sad enough I lost a melanurus wrasse 2 months ago. I woke up and it had a tang wound on it. I guess she was keeping them at bay. I’ll keep you all posted to what happens and what I do! Probably go to Miami and visit the LFS stores that I haven’t been to in a long time and pick up a couple of wrasses. I like to take the natural approach when I can, will see. Thank you all again.

That’s why I didn’t think that it was a planaria, I have seen videos on these guys, really bad news .
It is a planaria, just not a red planaria. Not sure the exact species
