Please help me I'd this fish

Got this guy the other day when I was on my boat. Was heading back to the doc and this lil guy was in a pile of floating debris at the dock and wasn't doing well at all. I scoped him up and put him in my old 30 tall " since I had just transferred everything to my 45.
I think it may be a 3 tail kinda looks like a marine beta but kinda seaweed brown and black.

That's a triple tail...grows really big and very tasty .
